Dr Sarah Ogilvie is a Melbourne-based Organisational Psychologist who has completed her Doctoral thesis at Melbourne University in the broader area of conflict resolution. In her thesis, she specifically explored how the perceptions or frames of reference that people bring to the negotiation table may shift to bring about more optimal resolutions in the negotiation process.

In her eight years of experience as an organisational development consultant, she has provided services to national and international firms both as an external consultant and as an in-house organisational development advisor.

Sarah is an active leader of the Top of Mind interest group which aims to translate the results of extensive counterintuitive research findings into practices in the workplace.

Sarah is currently employed by Acuity Consulting, an organisational assessment and development consultancy in which she provides expertise in these areas.
